Samuel B. Ward, is a land and soil specialist and a 1970 graduate of the University of Georgia with a major in Soils. He worked with the United States Department of Agriculture's Soil Conservation Service (SCS) for over 28 years and has been associated with Land Brokers, Inc. for more than 30 years and has been a Real Estate Broker for 27 years with extensive knowledge and experience in handling timber sales. Mr. Ward has received the Registered Environmental Property Assessor (REPA) designation from The National Registry of Environmental Professionals (NREP). Sam is a former president of Natural Resources Consulting Services and uses his experience from SCS to assist landowners with all types of natural resource problems and issues. He and his wife Linda are lifetime residents of this area. They have two grown children, Dayna and Sammy, and six grandchildren.
